The Teknokod Team, consisting of students of our university, made it to the finals by achieving great success with the "Anka Resurrection" project they developed in the Disaster Management category of the 2024 TEKNOFEST Technology Competition for the Benefit of Humanity. The Teknokod Team, which operates under the supervision of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Management Information Systems Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nur Kuban Torun, consists of Computer Engineering and Management Information Systems department students Şuranur Derin, Osman Dikmen, Şükrü Can Yiğit, Kadir Ozan Ateş, Arzu Koçhan and Eda Turan.

With their project called "Anka Resurrection", the team has developed a system that enables fast and effective intervention in natural disasters. "Anka Resurrection" includes innovative technologies and innovative solutions that aim to speed up post-disaster rescue operations, save lives and optimise damage assessment.

TEKNOFEST final will be held in Antalya on 5-8 September 2024. In this competition, Teknokod Team will have the opportunity to introduce their innovative solutions by sharing the details of their projects with the jury and the audience. Teknokod Team, which will be in fierce competition with other teams competing in the Disaster Management category in the final, continues to work without slowing down in order to get the best results.

TEKNOFEST, Turkey's first and only aviation, space and technology festival, will be held in Adana on 2-6 October 2024 this year. Teknokod Team will have the opportunity to introduce their projects to a wide audience at this event. TEKNOFEST, as an event that attracts the attention of young people and technology enthusiasts, offers participants the opportunity to discover various technological innovations in different fields. The Teknokod Team of our university will take part in this prestigious event with the "Anka Resurrection" project and will exhibit its talents in technology and innovation. The team will draw attention with its solutions especially in the field of disaster management. The team, which offers innovative solutions to protect human life with its projects, aims to have an important place both in TEKNOFEST and in the future with this success.
